"The BFAWU became increasingly aware of the need to overhaul its old website. There was a requirement not only to improve the look and ease of use for the visitor, but also to enable the Union to update areas in a more timely fashion than was possible with their existing arrangements.

JBMoss were engaged to completely re-build the site, adding new areas that were now required, and to provide a method to enable the Union to implement changes themselves, where necessary. The Union chose from one of several designs that were offered, and the construction subsequently took place. This was done with efficiency and precision and, where necessary, consultation with the Union on areas that required clarification.

The result is a site the better delivers information to the Union’s members and non-members alike in a much cleaner and user-friendly fashion. The management system supplied by J B Moss has enabled the Union to add and/or edit contents in a manner that does not require much technical knowledge, but which does ensure that the Union can react immediately to any required changes.

The Union continues to work with J B Moss to build in new areas and features as the Union requires. Whilst the management system referred to has enabled the Union to change elements itself, J B Moss have always been on hand should we require assistance. "
